That's me, Mysty. Jeff rescued me from the animal shelter when I was just a little kitten. Fazia was around then so they both got to watch me grow up. I'm sure they'll get around to posting something here themselves after the wedding.

My humans are alike in a lot of ways. They're both computer geeks and work in computer-related jobs at Southwest Texas State University where they met. They're both introverts. They both love science. They both like natural earth-tone colors and nature close at hand. They've apparently discovered a love for cooking, but so far I haven't gotten to taste any of it. They both like to travel and they love animals - I hear I'm going to get a canine brother sometime next year.

They're also different in many ways. For example, Jeff is several generations Texan, while Fazia's ethnic heritage comes from Finland and India/Pakistan. She was born and raised in the U.S., but in cities like Denver and Houston and she moved a lot. Jeff grew up on 22 acres in more rural areas of central Texas and hardly moved at all during his life.

Their differences and similarities compliment each other in may ways, and I can't wait for us all to be together.
